From a little farm with a tweedy restaurant to the guesthouse "Rössle" in the center of Reutti.
Today it is a comfortable an very enjoyable 4 star hotel at the outskirts of town.
Even as he was a little boy, Willi Meinl helped his grandfather at the "Rössle".
When he was 19 years old he became the owner of the hotel. Together with Gerda Meinl he started to change the little guesthouse into a never forgotten hotel.
After some years full of difficult conflicts with the building authority of Neu-Ulm they started to increase.
The first guests arrived on the 1st june 1980 int the Hotel Landhof Meinl with sauna and restaurant for hotel guests.
For 5 years they owened both hotels, but then the time has come and Willi an Gerda Meinl sold the Rössle to put their focus on the Landhof Meinl.
Many busy and succesful years followed.
1996 was the hour of birth of the motor-bike-hotels in Gindelwald where Willi Meinl is one of the original members.
Today our hotel is a faithful member of this cooperation and will it always be due to Jörg Pahl and his BMW.
Since this time the Landhof Meinl is a premium partner of the magazine "Tourenfahrer".
In the great year of 1996 the Landhof Meinl joined the group of Silencehotel and the restaurant got a new face. It was not longer just for hotel guests, it became public and was open from monday until saturday.
At the beginning of the year 2003 the Landhof Meinl needed to be renewed.
The sauna was renovated in this year, 2005 the conservatory was build and the patio became also enlarged.
In the following years the whole groundfloor and all rooms were refurbished.
On the 30th anniversary celebration at the 1st june 2010 Willi and Gerda Meinl rendered their Landhof to their daughter Silvia Seyser and her partner Jörg Pahl.
Since this day the name of the hotel changed into Meinl**** Hotel & Restaurant.
